Barely Drawn turns a photo you select into a playful AI drawing. Orca Labs provides support for the iOS and Android apps.

Email support@orcalabs.net with your app version, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of the issue. Include an error code if one appears. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive photos.

Ads and drawing generation

A completed rewarded advertisement is required before a new drawing. If no ad is available, try again later and check your internet connection. Closing the ad before the reward is earned does not unlock a drawing.

If generation fails after the reward is verified, use Retry with the same photo and style while that reward remains valid. Avoid starting a new drawing repeatedly while a request is still running.

Photos, saving, and sharing

The system photo picker lets you choose a specific image. Drawing generation processes a prepared copy through Cloudflare and Runware. Save writes a result to your device; Share opens the platform share interface.

If saving fails, check the app's photo or media permissions in device settings and available storage.

Report inappropriate AI content

On the result screen, use the report control to flag an inappropriate drawing and choose the relevant reason. If you cannot send a report, contact support and describe the problem. Avoid emailing sensitive images unless support explains why they are needed.

Privacy and advertising choices

Where available, open the app's information screen and select its advertising privacy settings to review your ad consent. On iOS, tracking permission is also controlled in device settings. Notification permissions can be changed in the app or device settings.

For access or deletion requests, email support@orcalabs.net. Barely Drawn has no user account. Include enough context to locate a support conversation or content report, without sending the original photo unless requested.
